No mandatory use of DRS, says ICC

In a huge victory for the BCCI, the International Cricket Council Executive Board on Tuesday decided to revert to its previous position of participating nations deciding bilaterally on the use of the Decision Review System (DRS).
This move from the ICC came soon after BCCI refused the use of DRS for the home series against England as they have reservations about Hot Spot.
